Management of the Slovak Business Agency

The Slovak Business Agency is an organization of a non-profit character. The management and control is secured by the Slovak Business Agency bodies as follows: 

  • The Assembly of Representatives,
  • The Administrative Board,
  • The Supervisory Board,
  • The Director General.

The supreme body responsible for the management of all strategic activities of the Slovak Business Agency is the Assembly of Representatives.

The Administrative Board is the executive and decision-making body, that adopts important decisions concerning the functioning of the Slovak Business Agency, approves mid and long-term Agency’s direction.

The Supervisory Board as a control body inspects the Agency’s governance and use of financial means in accordance with generally binding legal acts and the statute of the Agency.

The Slovak Business Agency is managed by the Director General who acts on its behalf.
