Ivana Kondášová

Mrs Ivana has many years of experience in international relations, business support and foreign cooperation, as well as in project management, in which she managed several projects. In recent years, she has also dedicated her activity to supporting women's entrepreneurship and women in managerial and high-level positions within the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers. The Association is a member of several international female organizations. Association has partnerships with several female and women organizations intending to support female entrepreneurship and C-suite women through tailor-made educational and networking activities.

Martina Čizmádiová

Ms Martina sees working with people as a mission. During her studies at university, she worked in the HR department at Volkswagen Slovakia a.s., where she participated in the selection of new employees together with an internal psychologist. Since college, Martina has more than 15-year-long experience in setting up human resources processes. Currently, she runs her own consulting company ZenithPeople Consulting s.r.o. She focuses on both traditional and modern recruitment techniques and handles complex HR projects. She is involved in personal growth and lecturing, especially soft skills improvement and career counselling. Martina regularly publishes professional articles on HR development topics. She has an international ICF certificate and Facet5 accreditation. She is an active member of the Slovak Age Management Association and a certified lecturer of Professional Seniority.

Monika Predajňová

"It’s a huge honour to be one of the ambassadors for this amazing project and to be able to be part of a community of strong, inspiring female leaders from Europe," Monika says.

Ms Monika has been working in Marketing since her graduation at a Danish university. For almost 8 years she has been learning new trends in marketing and business, worked with several clients. She also worked as Head of Marketing at event entertainment production house and as Marketing Officer at the British International School Bratislava. Monika is also the founder of platform Visegrad Female Leaders. The platform is here to share inspiring stories of strong female leaders. Not only, we want to celebrate the success of female entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, mathematicians and women in tech and medicine or politics.

Ivana Petrisková

Ms Ivana is an impact and sustainability consultant for non-governmental organizations and social impact businesses focusing on gender equality, youth and women's education, empowerment, and employment. She is helping cultivate creativity and social impact through what she calls "femisculine leadership"- enhancing balance by bringing synchronicity of feminine and masculine leadership qualities on an individual and organizational level. Being a lifelong student and believing in ongoing self-development, she is currently a member of the Global Institute of Evolving Women and a student of the Regenerative Leadership Academy.

Ivana is also an Earth lover, yoga and meditation enthusiast, and a firm believer in society's transformational power starting on an individual level. She designs her programs for women based on a holistic and regenerative approach.
